It is the Economy, Stupid!!!

Dear Kamala,

This post is directed directly to you.

With the election only some 40 days away, things don’t look so good.

The latest polls show Donald Trump doing well in several Sunbelt battlegrounds, which is a bad sign. And the main reason Donald Trump is doing well in those states is that people feel he will be better for them economically. And that is an issue many people feel you are not addressing.

Please take a page out of Bill Clinton’s successful playbook and remember:

It is the Economy, Stupid!!!

I am Joe/Jane Voter and all I care about is what is in it for me.

And, sorry, but I really don’t care if your mother dropped out of a coconut tree.

So, when will you start addressing the real issues – time is running out and it may already be too late.

I know that you have flip-flopped on certain issues, like fracking in Pennsylvania.

You are allowed to change your mind, but just admit that you changed your mind instead of avoiding it.

My stance is that fracking is not good for the environment, but I also realize that it is important, economically, for Pennsylvania, so I support fracking based on these principles.

Yes, Donald Trump is an existential threat to this country, but I only care about myself and how I will do in the next four years.

So, Kamala, please take notice, time is running out:

Address what Joe & Jane Voter care about!

And don’t be afraid to admit that you have changed your mind on issues – that is a sign of strength and not, necessarily, weakness – just explain WHY you changed your mind.

Donald Trump cannot be elected to the White House – he is dangerous and callous. He doesn’t hesitate to hurt people if that suits him. All Donald Trump cares about is his over-inflated ego and his need to be important. You know that, but that is not what Joe & Jane Voter care about. They care about what is good for Joe & Jane Voter. So, please remember:
